PRE-CAST CONCRETE PANELS

In Chandler, Arizona, a family services group undertook an adaptive reuse of a vacant retail center with a tight budget. They needed to refresh the facade of a plain tilt-panel building and manage sunlight on the eastern side during peak summer activity. Our solution involved a floating facade using 18 salvaged pre-cast panels, offering a cost-effective and distinctive design that fulfilled their requirements while aligning with our sustainability goals to minimize landfill waste.
